After the third round of eye problems I feel better and can finally wear makeup again. I'm itching to start experimenting with different looks and bold colors again but today we had glossy-skin-nude-look theme day at work so I couldn't go too crazy this time. While I like the nude look on other people I hate to wear it myself. It makes me feel naked (which, I suppose, is the point...) and ugly and to be perfectly honest sometimes makes me feel a bit insecure. So I decided to combine it with a black lip, and voilá, the naked goth look.
If I don't feel to damn lazy tomorrow I will do a colorful, crazy look for you. Currently, I'm thinking about different colors to combine to get unusual but in the same time interesting looks. Any suggestions? :)
I actually really like it on you! I agree, it's a bit strange going completely 'naked' when wearing make up (which kind of defeats the point), but I'm actually okay now with leaving the house make up-less.
SvaraRaderaThanks! :) It's really weird to wear naked makeup! :O Makeup should be bold! I go out without makeup quite often but I always feel like a bum. :P
RaderaYou have such beautiful features with or without a lot of makeup! Wowza!
SvaraRaderaI cannot pull off this "nude" look for my life... partly because black lipstick just looks wrong on me, hehe.
Thank you so much! <3 I think this look would be awesome on you as well! :)
RaderaSame here: I love the nude look on other people, but somehow when I try it on myself, it never looks right. I guess it's easier to nail if you have flawless skin.
SvaraRaderaI think it's also a matter of what we feel comfortable wearing. As for me, I'm more comfortable with bold makeup. :)
RaderaThis is so beautiful - your skin looks flawless!
SvaraRaderaThanks! :) I've worked so hard to take good care of my skin so I'm glad to hear you can see the result. :D
RaderaAww you're so sweet! <3 Thanks!
