1. Eat less sugar!
At the moment I'm so addicted to sugar that I get a headache when I don't get to eat cookies or candy every day. This has been going on for quite a while now and gotten to a point where I can feel that it's bad for my health. I feel contaminated, and to cut down on the sugar will probably be the best way to detoxify.
2. Adopt a vegan lifestyle
Mostly because I've realized that animals kept for producing these products are treated very, very badly but also because milk is not part of a healthy lifestyle. At least that's true for me. :)
3. Start exercising
I love exercising, but I haven't done it in a couple of years. So it's definitely about time to get started! Today I bought an app for my iPhone, The Walk, which is hopefully going to motivate me to get some exercise!
4. Detoxify my mind with meditation
When I was younger I meditated every day, but now I rarely find the motivation to just sit down and let go of all thoughts.
5. Save money for a new camera
For a long time now I've felt that my camera is not sufficient to cover my needs. So I've decided to save up for a new one! :) It will take time, I will not be able to buy as much makeup as I currently do, but in the end it will be so worth it.
